End of Year

Well Folks!! this is the end of my first year as Assistant Head of Hope House and I would just like to thank you all for making me feel so welcome. There have been some amazing events throughout the year, the emotions that were evident when all the yellow balloons were released. The cheers when we won the cup and coming 2nd at Sports Day after being 4th last year what an achievment!!!!!!!

I also need to mention 10SP who were my form for a few weeks you were brill!!!

I wish each and everyone of you a happy holiday.

Have a think!

In assembly this morning we looked at dreams and aspirations. Have a think. What is your dream? What are your goals? Most importantly, how are you going to achieve them? Remember ‘Shek’s’ audition and his attitude. What made him different to Susan Boyle? Remember H O P E. Honest,Objective,Persevere,Empower. Be honest with yourself. Persevere with what you want. Look at it objectively (from a distance) and empower yourself and others.

Lets go and get it next year! Remember all the hard work Susan Boyle put in. Dedicate yourself and think about why you’re here in school.

Keep dreaming!

First’s the worst, second’s the best of all the rest :)

Congratulations to Faith House on winning sports day! Hope House YOU WERE INCREDIBLE! To come from last place last year to second this year is an amazing achievement! Everyone put in 100 percent and that’s what made it such a special day. It was fantastic to spend the day with you all.  Whether you came first or last you took part and that is all we ask! Also thankyou so much to all the subs who stayed out in the heat all day in case anyone let us down. No one did though. Brilliant. Extra special thanks to the sports captains. Well done!

Come on HOPE!!!!!

Good luck to all the students taking part in the Sports Day tomorrow. Lets hope the weather is kind to us!!!

World Cup

Unfortunately 10SP got beat in the Semi final yesterday. I would just like to thank all the team for giving up their time to play and all their hard work in getting through to the Semi stages.

Another thank you goes to all the students who came along and supported the boys.
